DELIVERY TIMES
All Iti Clothes products are made to order. Your order will enter production once purchased. Production times vary from 7-14 days depending on the item(s).
You will be contacted again once your item has been completed and is being shipped to you.
If your order is expected to exceed the 7-14 day lead time, you will be contacted within 48 hours of purchase.
FABRIC AVAILABILITIES
All our fabrics are responsibly sourced from fabric waste or bought through a supplier as an end-of-roll piece. This means that fabric stock levels are limited. Should there be any delays to your order due to fabric availabilities, you will be contacted within 48 hours of purchase.
RETURNS / SHIPPING
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Iti Clothes offers a flat rate of $20.00 AUD for shipping within Australia and New Zealand, with an additional $5.00 AUD charge for each extra item. Express post is not available at this time. Please refer to the Australia Post website for updates on any restrictions.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international orders have a flat rate of $40.00 AUD applied, with an additional $10.00 AUD charge for each extra item. We currently ship to the US, UK, Canada & most of continental Europe.
RETURNS
If you wish to cancel your order prior to receiving confirmation that your item has been completed, please email hello@iticlothes.com. Please include your order reference in the email. If your order has not yet been shipped at the time of cancellation, a full refund will be provided.
If you wish to cancel or return your order after it has shipped, please email hello@iticlothes.com. Please include your order reference in the email. A full refund will be provided once the item has been returned to us in the condition which you received it, excluding the original and any additional shipping costs.
